Accept the quote and pay a 50% deposit via PayFast — credit card or EFT. This secures your booking slot.
Our team arrives at the agreed time. We use deionised water and soft brushes. No pressure washing, no chemicals, no roof walking.
Panels cleaned, production restored. We photograph before and after. Balance payment due on completion. Check your inverter app — you'll see the difference.
Service Area & Scope
We currently service Cape Town and surrounding suburbs for residential solar panel cleaning. We operate Monday to Saturday by appointment.
We use deionised water fed through soft-bristle poles — the industry-standard method that leaves zero residue and zero risk of scratching the glass surface.
Salt spray, bird droppings, fynbos pollen and dust are the main culprits in the Cape. We recommend a clean every 2–3 months for coastal properties, and every 3–4 months for inland Cape suburbs.
Commercial and industrial installations, and three-storey or higher properties, will be available in a future phase. Enquire anyway — we may still be able to help.
Pricing
We quote per panel based on your specific installation. The more panels, the better the rate. All quotes are itemised and emailed before any booking is confirmed.
Double-storey installations carry a premium to cover the additional time, equipment and risk involved in safe access. This is quoted per job.
Difficult or restricted access — steep pitches, obstructions, limited tap distance — will be assessed from your photo and quoted accordingly.
We require access to a standard garden tap within a reasonable distance of the panels. Please note the closest tap distance in your quote request.
We ask for a photo of your panels and roof before quoting. This lets us assess access, pitch and condition accurately — no surprises on the day.
Regular customers receive preferential scheduling and discounted rates. Ask about our quarterly maintenance plan when requesting your quote.
